He can guarantee you will love it because he will do everything to make sure you are happy with your smile before your veneers are permanently bonded on. You can let him know at any point in the process if there is something you’d like different and he’ll change it. So when when your smile is done, it’s just what you wanted.

How this guarantee works

When you come in for a new smile, Dr. Cummiskey will listen and find out what you want in your new look. He’ll note your facial shape, your hair color, your complexion and the personality you are trying to portray with your new smile. He’ll make what’s called a wax-up, or a wax model, of the smile he designed with you so you can see it visually. Dr. Cummiskey can make any adjustments you like.

When you are happy with the look from the model, he will make a temporary set of veneers for you, based on the model. You’ll wear these for a couple of weeks to make sure you’re happy with the smile design and the color. Meanwhile, your real set will be made by a master ceramist. You can show the temporary veneers to family or friends, take pictures, and make sure you like your look. If you aren’t happy with anything about them, you can let Dr. Cummiskey know and he will relay that to the ceramist.

When your porcelain veneers are ready, Dr. Cummiskey will try them on, just to be absolutely sure they’re what you wanted. If not, they will go back to the ceramist to fix. That’s his beautiful smile guarantee–they won’t be bonded on unless you love them. But by the time you’ve gone through all these preparatory steps, you’re going to be so excited about how they look you won’t want to wait to have them permanently bonded on.
